This workshop is the perfect way to become comfortable and build trust with each other. In this, we will play around with shifting each others' weight to find the perfect point where we hold a posture by balancing against each other's body weight.
It's a practical application of gravity, bone, muscle, breath and movement through counterbalance adjustments.
Counterbalance exercises are a great way to learn to balance weight and hold postures with minimal effort.
You don't need same size partners for this and everyone can participate!
